On 4 October, a Ukraine Air Alliance Antonov AN-12 (UR-CAH) operated flight UKL4050 Between Vigo, Spain and Lviv, Ukraine. The aircraft made a crash landing on approach at the Ukrainian airport.
There are reports the crew radioed a fuel emergency before it went down approx. 1,5 km short of the runway at Lviv. Local ground visibility was between 100 and 300 meters in fog.
On board the AN-12 were 7 crew members plus one passenger. Five fatalities have been reported.
