BOC Aviation has signed a lease agreement with AJet, the low-cost subsidiary of the Turkish Airlines Group, for five new Airbus A321neo aircraft.
The aircraft, powered by Pratt & Whitney GTF engines, will be delivered in 2028 from BOC Aviation’s existing orderbook. The addition of the fuel-efficient narrowbody aircraft will support AJet’s ongoing fleet modernisation and expansion strategy.
BOC Aviation said the agreement strengthens its long-standing partnership with the Turkish Airlines Group and will help AJet grow its network across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.
AJet described the deal as an important milestone in its growth plans, noting that the A321neo fleet will support network expansion, improve operational efficiency and contribute to the airline’s sustainability objectives while enhancing the passenger experience.
