TUI is expanding its winter sports programme with a new Scandinavian destination, offering Belgians an alternative to the Alps. Starting 20 December 2025, the tour operator will launch a weekly direct TUI fly Belgium service from Brussels to Scandinavian Mountains Airport (SCR), located on the Sweden–Norway border. Flights will run until 21 March 2026.
The airport provides quick access to three ski resorts: Trysil (Norway’s largest ski area), Stöten (Sweden), and Sälen (Sweden). Guests can choose from 20 accommodations ranging from ski-in/ski-out lodges to traditional hotels.
Beyond skiing, visitors can enjoy husky and reindeer rides, snowmobile safaris, and festive Christmas experiences. Scandinavia offers guaranteed snow from December to April, varied slopes for all levels, an authentic atmosphere free from mass tourism, and local cuisine at competitive prices.
Packages combining flights and accommodation start at €551.50 per person, while flight-only tickets are available from €79.99 per leg.
With this expansion, TUI positions Scandinavia as a magical alternative to the Alps, combining reliable skiing with the unique winter charm of the Far North.
