Since last Friday, passengers travelling with tour operator TUI and airline TUI fly Belgium are welcomed at a brand new TUI counter at Brussels Airport. Just like in the old days, this is located in Hall 2, opposite the check-in counter rows 11 to 14. The brand new counter with its 84m² is much larger than the former counter in Hall 1, which covered only 54m².
“This extra space will be fully deployed for optimal service from the TUI Customer Service Agents. For example, travellers who are confronted with a serious problem will be cared for professionally in an enclosed space,” says TUI.
Hall 2, which has been in scarce use since the terror attacks of 22 March 2016, is getting a new life as the Leisure Terminal again.
