On 26 March, a one-year-old Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8 (N8712L) departed Orlando Airport to Victorville, California. The aircraft, however, was forced to head back to Orlando after an right hand engine problem. 19 minutes after take-off, the pilots safely landed back at the airport of departure.
Since a few days, the airline is ferrying its entire Boeing 737 MAX fleet to the Californian desert.
