A Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) Airbus A320 registered OY-KAU, en route from Oslo to Alicante as flight SK4671, made a precautionary landing at Brussels Airport on August 3, 2025, after one of the pilots became unwell.

The aircraft, carrying around 170 passengers, diverted while cruising near Brussels and landed safely on runway 25R just after 18:00.

SAS emphasised it was not an emergency but a standard safety procedure. A replacement crew was sent to Brussels, and the flight resumed its journey to Alicante, arriving with a 5-hour, 40-minute delay.
