On 10 March, a Saudia Boeing 787-9 (HZ-AR23) operating flight SV842 between Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was taxiing and ready for departure when suddenly the pilots requested air traffic control to go back to the gate and this for a very bizarre reason.
In a video that was uploaded on YouTube you can hear the conversation between the pilots and the ground: “Confirm reason to go back to the gate,” ground said. “One passenger forgot her baby in the terminal, she refuses to continue the flight,” the pilot responds. Mother and baby were reunited and the flight was still able to leave on time.
