Alexey Leonov, S7 Airlines Deputy General Representative in Europe: “Berlin is one of the most appealing destinations for travellers from Russia. We are delighted to be flying from Berlin-Tegel – the airport that is closest to the city centre. We are also very happy that we are now in a position to offer passengers from Berlin our great choice of connecting flights to many cities in Russia and throughout the CIS.”
In 2010, S7 Airlines became a member of the aviation alliance Oneworld, whose other members include airberlin, American Airlines and British Airways. The airline operates its flights with Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Moscow-Domodedovo Airport is S7 Airlines’ base, and it lies approximately 35 kilometres to the south of Moscow city centre. The airport has excellent rail and bus services to the Russian capital.
