Ryanair has announced its largest-ever winter schedule in Morocco, offering 5.3 million seats across 156 routes during the 2026/27 season.
The programme represents a 12% increase compared with last winter, adding around 580,000 seats and introducing 17 new routes. New connections include Rabat–Stockholm, Rabat–Kraków, Marrakesh–Wroc?aw, and services from Agadir to Milan, Nuremberg, Bratislava and Gda?sk.
The expansion is supported by the opening of Ryanair’s new base in Rabat, its fifth in Morocco. Two additional aircraft will be stationed there, representing an investment of approximately US$200 million.
Ryanair will operate from 13 Moroccan airports and connect the country with destinations in 14 countries. The airline’s Moroccan network will now include 16 based aircraft, representing a total investment of around US$1.6 billion.
According to Ryanair, the expanded operation will support more than 8,500 local jobs, including approximately 480 pilot and cabin crew positions.
“Morocco has become one of Ryanair’s fastest-growing and most important markets,” said CEO Eddie Wilson, adding that the winter programme would strengthen year-round connectivity, inbound tourism and regional economic development ahead of the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
The airline said the expanded network would also improve access to regional destinations including Fez, Tetouan, Essaouira, Ouarzazate, Dakhla and Nador, while supporting Morocco’s broader tourism growth strategy.
