Ryanair reaffirms zero-tolerance stance after Polish court convicts disruptive passenger

Share

Ryanair has reiterated its zero-tolerance policy toward unruly passenger behaviour following the conviction of a disruptive passenger by the Kraków district court. The incident occurred on flight FR4204 from Glasgow to Kraków on 30 June 2024, which was diverted to Rzeszów due to the individual’s conduct. The passenger was fined €3,230.

The airline emphasised its commitment to safeguarding a respectful and safe travel environment for both passengers and crew.

Ryanair welcomed the court’s ruling as a deterrent and reaffirmed its intent to pursue strong actions against in-flight disruptions to minimise avoidable diversions and delays.
