To begin the summer flight schedule, the Irish low-cost airline continues to expand its route network from Berlin. The airline is launching four new destinations each from both Berlin airports, as well as taking over the Laudamotion routes in Tegel. So, Ryanair now offers 70 connections from Berlin in total, with 51 from Schönefeld and 19 from Tegel.

New: from Schönefeld to Brno, Tallinn, Lappeenranta and Banja Luka

Brno, the second biggest city in the Czech Republic, will be served twice a week, every Tuesday and Saturday. Brno is a traditional city in the south-west of the country, which has developed into a hotspot for start-ups and high-tech companies in recent years.
• Ryanair heads for the Estonian capital Tallinn every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The city on the Gulf of Finland is regarded as the European Tech Capital. The Old Town of the city has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997. The flight time is about an hour and a half.
Banja Luka in Bosnia and Herzegovina is served by Ryanair from SXF on Wednesdays and Sundays. With its thermal springs, the city is popular as a health and wellness destination and has the nickname “Green City” thanks to the numerous parks and avenues.
• The blue and white planes take off every Monday and Friday to Lappeenranta in south-eastern Finland, nestled on the Lake Saimaa shore. Located directly on the Finnish-Russian border, travellers can not only just appreciate nature, but also take visa-free trips to St. Petersburg or Vyborg in the summer months from here.

Second Berlin base in Tegel

Ryanair has taken over the Laudamotion flight services in Tegel with the beginning of the summer flight schedule and has opened a second Berlin base. The Laudamotion connections to Kefalonia (Greece), Alicante (Spain), Naples (Italy), Paphos (Cyprus) and Rhodes (Greece) will continue to take off. At the same time, the Irish airline is expanding its offer and will be flying from Tegel to Alghero (Italy, twice a week), Luxembourg (four times a week), Lamezia Terme (Italy, twice a week) plus Krakow (Poland, daily). In total, the airline flies to 19 destinations from Berlin-Tegel.
