Ryanair will expand its presence at Malmö Airport ahead of the summer 2026 season, adding two brand-new routes to London and Warsaw and resuming flights to Zagreb. The expansion enhances Malmö’s international offering and provides travellers in southern Sweden with greater access to both Eastern Europe and the United Kingdom.
Beginning 30 March 2026, Ryanair will operate:
Malmö–Zagreb: 4 weekly flights (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri)
Malmö–Warsaw Modlin: 2 weekly flights (Mon, Thu)
From 1 April 2026, the airline will also launch:
Malmö–London Stansted: 2 weekly flights (Wed, Sat)
“This investment is a clear sign of the strong demand for international travel to and from Sweden,” said Elizabeth Axtelius, Director Aviation Business at Swedavia. “The new routes will play an important role in connecting southern Sweden to well-established markets in Eastern Europe and the UK. Ryanair continues to be a key partner in Swedavia’s mission to enable people to meet—whether for business, leisure, or visiting family and friends.”
With these additions, Ryanair further broadens its Scandinavian network, reinforcing Malmö Airport’s position as a growing regional hub for affordable international travel.
