Ryanair launches two new winter destinations from Brussels Airport: Amman and Marrakesh. Charleroi – Malta daily all year round

During a press conference attended by Aviation24.be in Brussels this morning, Michael O’Leary explained Ryanair’s scheduling for Belgium in the Winter 2018-2019. He proudly announced the launch of two new destinations out of Brussels Airport and an all year round daily flight out of Brussels South Charleroi Airport.

From Brussels Airport, Ryanair will launch a twice-weekly route to Amman, the capital and most populous city of Jordan and the country’s economic, political and cultural centre. According to Wikipedia, approximately two million visitors arrived in Amman in 2014, which made it the 93rd most visited city in the world and the 5th most visited Arab city.

From Brussels Airport to Amman: FR 3844 07:00 – 12:45 (Wednesday and Sunday)
From Amman to Brussels Airport: FR 3845 13:10 – 16:55 (Wednesday and Sunday)

In addition to Amman, Ryanair is also launching a new destination in Morocco: from Brussels Airport to Marrakesh twice a week. The city is the fourth largest in the country, after Casablanca, Fez and Tangier.

Note: the flight schedule not yet loaded into the Ryanair booking system, but it is already known that the flight will be operated by a Marrakesh-based aircraft.

In addition, Ryanair will increase the frequencies to Rome Fiumicino (12 weekly) and Lisbon (13 weekly).

From Brussels South Charleroi Airport Ryanair will fly daily to Malta, making it an all year round flight to the Southern European island country in the Mediterranean Sea. This destination was previously served from Brussels Airport.

From Malta to Charleroi: FR 2955 15:25 – 18:15 (daily)

Furthermore, Ryanair will increase the frequencies to Edinburgh (4× weekly), Marrakesh (5× weekly), Pisa (daily), Sofia (4× weekly), Thessaloniki (4× weekly) and Warsaw Modlin (9× weekly).
