Royal Jordanian has inaugurated a new nonstop route between Amman and Dallas, expanding its North American network with four weekly flights to Texas.
The new service, which began on May 10, operates between Queen Alia International Airport and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport using Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
Dallas becomes Royal Jordanian’s fifth destination in the United States, joining Washington, Chicago, New York and Detroit. The airline said the route is intended to strengthen links between the Middle East and North America while serving growing demand from the Arab and Jordanian communities in Texas.
Samer Majali, Vice Chairman and CEO of Royal Jordanian, described the launch as an important step in the carrier’s international expansion strategy and said the route would support economic, tourism and cultural exchanges between Jordan and the United States.
The airline also linked the expansion to anticipated travel demand ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, noting that Amman is positioning itself as a regional transit hub for passengers travelling to North America.
Royal Jordanian said the Dallas launch forms part of a broader strategic growth plan aimed at expanding its network to around 60 global destinations and increasing its fleet to approximately 40 aircraft in the coming years.
Airport officials at Queen Alia International Airport also welcomed the route, saying the new direct service would improve Jordan’s international connectivity and support tourism, trade and business activity.
