Royal Air Maroc has inaugurated a new direct route between Casablanca and N’Djamena, operating twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The inaugural flight departed on September 17, 2025, marking the airline’s 29th direct African route.
CEO Hamid Addou said the service reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening intra-African connectivity and enhancing Casablanca’s role as a hub for global travel, in line with Morocco’s vision for South-South cooperation.
The route responds to strong demand in Chad for onward connections to Europe and the Americas, while supporting Royal Air Maroc’s broader strategy to expand into Central and Eastern Africa. The airline’s fleet modernisation aims to deliver greater comfort, safety, and efficiency across its African network.
