Royal Air Maroc has launched a new direct twice-weekly service between Brussels and Tetouan, with flights operating on Mondays and Fridays from Brussels Airport. The route aims to improve access to northern Morocco, supporting tourism and economic ties between the two countries.
The inaugural flight AT1630/AT1631, operated by Embraer E190 registered CN-RGP, was marked by a ceremony attended by airline representatives, officials, including Ambassador Mohamed Ameur, and members of the Moroccan community in Belgium.
The new connection strengthens RAM’s Benelux network, adding to its existing routes from Brussels to key Moroccan cities such as Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Nador, and Tangier. A targeted month-long promotional campaign supported the launch, focusing on areas in Brussels with a strong Moroccan presence and using public transport advertising and radio outreach.
