Qatar Airways has restarted direct service between Doha and Malta with four weekly flights, marking its return to the Mediterranean island. The airline is now the only Middle Eastern carrier offering non-stop flights to Malta, reinforcing its commitment to expanding global connectivity.
Flights operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays via Hamad International Airport. The service aims to support tourism growth and provide seamless access to Malta’s cultural and historical attractions.
Leaders from Qatar Airways, Malta International Airport, and the Malta Tourism Authority welcomed the relaunch as a key step in strengthening Malta’s links to global travel markets.
