Qatar Airways and Philippine Airlines (PAL) have launched a daily nonstop codeshare service between Manila and Doha, marking the start of a strategic partnership. The inaugural flight was celebrated at Hamad International Airport with senior executives from both airlines.
The new route, operated by PAL using Airbus A330-300 aircraft, offers Business Class and Economy seating and connects passengers through Qatar Airways’ global network of over 170 destinations. The partnership enhances travel options for passengers from key markets including the US, UK, Spain, and Brazil, offering smoother connections to the Philippines via Doha.
Flights depart Manila at 18:50 and arrive in Doha at 23:40, with return flights leaving Doha at 01:30 and arriving in Manila at 16:15.
This collaboration strengthens ties between the Philippines and Qatar and expands both airlines’ reach while leveraging Hamad International Airport’s status as the “Best Airport in the Middle East.”
