Low-cost carrier Norwegian has launched a brand new direct route from Oslo to Toulouse, marking the airline’s latest expansion into France. The route began on June 14 and will operate twice weekly until the end of October, boosting Norwegian’s French capacity by 10% compared to last summer.
Pilot Julien Paul Henri Blanc, a Toulouse native now based in Norway, had the honour of flying the inaugural flight, making it a personal milestone.
“It’s an honour to fly home and connect others to the beauty of the Occitanie region,” he said.
Known as “La Ville Rose” for its rosy terracotta buildings, Toulouse offers a vibrant mix of southern French charm, student energy, and aerospace innovation. It’s also an ideal base for exploring the Pyrenees.
This expanded network gives Norwegians more ways than ever to enjoy French cuisine, coastlines, culture, and countryside—all just a direct flight away.
