The Norwegian Group – consisting of Norwegian and Widerøe – transported a combined 1.84 million passengers in November, marking a solid month despite the start of the winter season. Norwegian alone welcomed 1.5 million passengers, while Widerøe carried 324,000 travellers across its regional network.
For Norwegian, November delivered a record load factor of 85.5%, the highest ever for the month. CEO Geir Karlsen highlighted that the airline’s winter network adjustments are clearly paying off. “The load factor is the highest we’ve recorded for November, showing that the changes we made for the season are making a positive impact. We also see higher unit revenue and continued strong operational performance,” he said.
