The airline posted a message on its Facebook page:
As from Wednesday, 16 May at 13:00, Nextjet has cancelled all flights and will apply for bankruptcy. We regret the situation. Pending the appointment of a receiver who will make decisions on the future of the company, customers who have booked a journey with Nextjet are referred to their travel agency. Our customer service will be closed until further notice.
Nextjet har från och med onsdag den 16 maj klockan 13:00 ställt in samtliga flygningar och kommer att ansöka om konkurs. Vi beklagar situationen. I väntan på att en konkursförvaltare utses och kan ta beslut om bolagets framtid hänvisas kunder, som bokat en resa med Nextjet, till sin resebyrå eller kortutgivare. Vår kundtjänst håller tills vidare stängt.
