Antalya-based Mavi Gök Airlines (MGA) has increased capacity on its Cologne/Bonn-Antalya route by replacing the previously used Boeing 757 with a Boeing 777-300ER for daily flights.
The aircraft change significantly expands seating capacity to 339 passengers, representing a 22% increase compared with the former configuration. The 777-300ER, typically used for long-haul operations, offers a more spacious cabin, quieter performance, and modern onboard amenities.
The layout includes more than 60 Business Class and Premium Economy seats, with Business Class seating capable of fully flat-bed recline. The airline highlights the aircraft’s improved comfort levels and upgraded product offering, particularly for tour operator traffic.
Mavi Gök Airlines has been operating at Cologne Bonn since 2023 as part of its summer schedule and will continue daily Antalya services through November 2026. Antalya remains one of the airport’s most important leisure destinations, with up to 13 daily flights and more than 200 weekly departures to Turkish destinations during peak summer periods.
