SWISS has revealed its all-new First and Business Class seats under the ‘SWISS Senses’ cabin concept, which will debut this fall on its new Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The A350’s first long-haul destination will be Boston, with intercontinental flights starting January 1, 2026. The aircraft will initially serve European routes following its October 2025 delivery.
SWISS Senses marks the airline’s largest-ever product investment, offering a more personalised and comfortable experience in all cabin classes. Highlights include:
First Class suites with sliding doors, full-width screens, lie-flat seating, wireless charging, personal wardrobes, and a centre suite configurable for couples.
Business Class seats with aisle access, sliding doors for privacy, lie-flat beds up to 2.2m, and climate control.
Premium Economy retains its popular 1-metre pitch and superior comfort.
Economy Class offers redesigned seats, larger screens, Bluetooth audio, and USB ports.
Additional features include human-centric lighting to reduce jet lag, an advanced in-flight entertainment system, and a custom cabin scent designed to enhance passenger well-being.
All new A350-900s will feature SWISS Senses cabins, which will later be retrofitted into existing A330-300 and Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.
