From 25 March 2018, Lufthansa will welcome five A380s to its Munich Hub. The flights to Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Beijing can now be booked. In the coming summer flight schedule, LH 452 takes off at 12.00 to Los Angeles and LH 722 follows at 19.15 to Beijing. In the evening, A380 flight LH730 sets off for Hong Kong at 22.30. All flights are on the daily flight schedule.

This coming summer, Lufthansa will station five of its 14 A380 aircraft in Munich. Up to 500 new jobs have been created at the site due to this. The date when the ferry flights from Frankfurt to Munich take place will be announced at a later date. “With the A380 we offer our customers a premium aircraft at the world’s best terminal. The use of the flagship in Munich is a clear step in the direction of further growth”, says Wilken Bormann, CEO Munich Hub.

For the launch of the A380 flights there are a number of introductory prices available. The cost of a return flight for example on 25 March 2018 to Hong Kong starts from 639 euros, to Beijing from 559 euros and to Los Angeles from 849 euros. For more information and to book Lufthansa flights, go to LH.com on the Internet or call the Lufthansa Service Center on +49 (0) 69 86 799 799 (fixed line rate). Flights can also be booked at Lufthansa travel agency partners, as well as at Lufthansa sales counters at the airport.
