Eurowings puts Germany’s Next Top Model winner, a flight attendant, on WINGS cover

Eurowings is celebrating newly crowned Germany’s Next Top Model winner Aurélie Carina, who also works as a flight attendant for the airline, by featuring her on the cover of the summer edition of its in-flight magazine WINGS.

Breaking with the magazine’s tradition of showcasing nature photography, Eurowings dedicated the cover to its employee following her victory in the TV competition. CEO Max Kownatzki described it as the airline’s “Cover of the Year”, saying the tribute reflects the company’s pride in Aurélie while highlighting the diverse talents of its more than 5,500 employees.

The summer issue of WINGS, available on all Eurowings flights from the beginning of July, is expected to reach around five million passengers across Europe during the peak travel season.
