Eurowings has introduced a second Airbus A320neo equipped with its new 2×2 Premium BIZ Seat, extending the trial beyond the Berlin–Dubai test route to its wider network. The aircraft will operate flexibly across popular leisure routes from airports including Düsseldorf, Cologne/Bonn, Hamburg and Stuttgart, allowing passengers outside Berlin to experience the new premium seating for the first time.
During a transitional phase, the Premium BIZ Seat will be offered at no extra charge on these flights, as the aircraft also serves as a technical reserve for the Berlin–Dubai market test. With no fixed route assignments, the seat cannot be booked specifically, but selected passengers will benefit from added comfort, wider seats and increased privacy.
Eurowings says the expanded trial will generate valuable customer feedback to support future cabin developments, reinforcing its ambition to redefine premium comfort within the low-cost segment.
