Eurowings will launch a new weekly non-stop service between Prague and Rovaniemi for the 2026/27 winter season, further expanding access to Finnish Lapland from Central Europe.
The route will operate every Sunday from 20 December 2026 to 21 February 2027 using Airbus A320 aircraft. It is intended to meet growing international demand for winter travel to Rovaniemi, whose popularity as a Lapland destination continues to increase.
The new service complements Eurowings’ existing winter flights to Rovaniemi from Düsseldorf, Berlin and Hamburg, further strengthening the airline’s presence in the Finnish market. Finavia welcomed the addition, highlighting the importance of improved connectivity from Central Europe to support the region’s expanding tourism sector.
