Not long to go: Eurowings, currently Europe’s fastest growing airline, is set to take off from Düsseldorf for New York at the end of this month as the first low-cost airline with a business class – BIZclass – that also promises sophisticated, high-quality catering. From 24 April 2018, tickets for the new Eurowings BIZclass can be booked online at an unbeatably low EUR 799.99 at eurowings.com or via the Eurowings app. In addition to a comfortable trip to the famous Big Apple, in a few days’ time Eurowings passengers will be able to secure their BIZclass tickets from Düsseldorf to Miami and Fort Myers in the USA, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and Cancun in Mexico.
Perfect for relaxed long-haul travel that appeals to all the senses. The main BIZclass feature is the seat which, at the touch of a button, can be converted automatically into a two-metre bed with a horizontal reclining surface (fully flat). Complementary to this is a collaboration with exciting young partners that promises the creature comforts of BIZclass passengers are also in excellent hands. When booking, Eurowings BIZclass passengers can already look forward to a cold craft beer from the Munich brewery “Crew Republic”, a dry Sauvignon Blanc from the Mainz start-up “Geile Weine” [Wicked Wines] or an organically grown wellness tea with an intense aroma from Pukka.
The high-quality three-course menu, which Eurowings will serve its BIZclass passengers high above the clouds, will impress all flying gourmets who value sophisticated, healthy cuisine with a modern twist. From poke bowls with salmon or tuna to soba noodles with shitake mushrooms or a traditional beef goulash – BIZclass passengers will certainly get their money’s worth thanks to the well-chosen menu of the LSG Sky Chefs. Healthy, tasty snacks from the Hamburg start-up Foodist, such as apple and kale crisps, and liquorice specialities from Denmark by Lakrids round off the new food and drinks concept of the Eurowings BIZclass.

When booking their long-haul flights, Eurowings BIZclass passengers can also secure an upgrade with the airline‘s car hire partner Hertz. If a subcompact class hire car is booked in combination with a BIZclass ticket, Eurowings passengers will be given an executive class vehicle at no extra charge. The offer applies at the destinations New York, Miami, Fort Myers, Punta Cana and Cancun for all bookings made between 24 April and 1 May 2018 for rentals up to 30 April 2019.
