Discover Airlines has expanded its long-haul network with the launch of two new nonstop routes: Frankfurt–Seychelles and Munich–Punta Cana. Both inaugural flights—4Y156 to the Seychelles and 4Y4 to Punta Cana—departed on Sunday with nearly full passenger loads, marking a milestone in the airline’s winter 2025/26 schedule.
The Frankfurt–Seychelles route, originally planned as a seasonal service, will now operate year-round due to strong demand, with flights every Tuesday and Sunday. The Seychelles addition increases the limited number of direct connections between Germany and the Indian Ocean archipelago.
Meanwhile, the Munich–Punta Cana route establishes the only direct connection between Bavaria and the Dominican Republic, operating Wednesdays and Sundays through April, with extra Monday flights during the winter holidays. Combined with existing Frankfurt flights, Discover now offers up to eight weekly services to the Caribbean.
