Despite a recent fire damaging Tomorrowland’s mainstage, the festival continues with full force. Over 25,000 festivalgoers from 165 countries are flying to Belgium with Brussels Airlines as part of the Global Journey programme, Tomorrowland’s massive travel operation that combines flights, trains, buses, and accommodations for nearly 50,000 participants overall.
The experience kicks off with seven exclusive party flights, including DJ performances in the air, and Gate Parties at airports across Europe. The first party flight landed on July 16 from Ibiza, headlined by Belgian DJ Nina Black.
Key highlights:
- Brussels Airlines & Tomorrowland extend partnership to 2028, sharing values of unity, culture, and sustainability.
- The custom-designed Amare A320neo embodies the spirit of the festival.
- Only Green Fares are offered in Global Journey, with CO2 offset options and sustainable travel encouraged (e.g., trains, buses, cycling, carpooling).
- Festivalgoers can check in at DreamVille campsite, ride the Amare Ferris wheel, and enjoy events at Brussels Airport (DJ sets, performances, and a pop-up store).
- New youth packages and curated experiences explore Belgium, including the Gentse Feesten.
Global Journey 2025 travel stats:
- 25,000+ by plane
- 9,000+ by train
- 10,000 by bus
- 466 via Discover Europe trips
- 18 by bicycle

Brussels Airlines emphasises that the once “unrealistic” idea of party flights is now a unique tradition, symbolising what’s possible when bold vision meets collaboration.
