Share

All Brussels Airlines flights from/to France are maintained, following the events that occurred in Paris.

French authorities have reinforced border controls; delays at departure and arrivals are to be expected. We recommend passengers to present themselves well on time at the airport and to be in possession of a valid identification document.

We closely monitor the situation in close cooperation with the authorities.

In case of any developments, we will keep you informed as soon as possible.

To passengers who wish to travel to/from Paris at a later date, we offer a free rebooking.

Rules for free rebooking:

-One rebooking permitted

-Only valid for tickets for flights to/from Paris between 14 and 18 November 2015, issued on/before 13 November 2015

-The new date of travel must be on/before 29 February 2016.

In order to change your booking, we ask you to contact our Service Center at +32 2 723 23 62 (open Mon-Fri between 9am and 7pm,Saturday-Sunday: 9am-5pm). If your booking was made via a travel agency, we kindly ask you to contact your travel agent.
