Brussels Airlines has partnered with Ralph & Roxy’s, a small artisan ice cream producer from the Leuven area, to serve its products on all long-haul flights. The collaboration introduces the brand’s ice cream to hundreds of thousands of passengers annually, with around 420,000 jars supplied each year.
Founded by Philippe Bogaert, Ralph & Roxy’s began as a hobby project in a garage in Nodebais, Walloon Brabant. The partnership with Brussels Airlines played a key role in transforming the venture into a professional brand, giving it international exposure.
Passengers across all cabins—Business Class, Premium Economy, and Economy—will now receive the ice cream, expanding what was initially a Business Class offering. The initiative reflects Brussels Airlines’ strategy to showcase Belgian craftsmanship and local entrepreneurship onboard, reinforcing its identity with what it calls “a little piece of Belgium in the air.”
