Because of a technical failure with air traffic control no departures or landings are possible at Brussels Airport till 14.00h. This is a nation wide problem. Belgian Air traffic Controller Belgocontrol does its utmost best to restart the installations as quickly as possible.
This electrical failure causes a lot of delays. A number of flights has been diverted to airports in the neighbourhood.

Due to an electrical failure at Belgian Air Traffic Control (Belgocontrol), it is currently impossible to land or take off at Brussels Airport. As aresult we are unfortunately forced to suspend our flights. The currentestimation is that the airspace will remain closed until 16.00 Brussels time.
Our priority is to inform our guests and to find alternativesolutions as soon as possible.

Departures: Jetairfly-flights due to depart from Belgian airports, are delayed until the reopening of the Belgian airspace.
We advise our passengers to be present at the normal check-in time in their departure airport. Please be aware that you will most probably have to face a delay as a consequence of this airspace closure.
