LOT Polish Airlines upgrades long-haul Business Class experience

Share

LOT Polish Airlines has introduced a series of enhancements to its long-haul Business Class product, focusing on passenger comfort, premium service and showcasing Polish brands. The upgrades include redesigned amenity kits, new skincare products, improved headphones and an expanded rollout of traditional Boles?awiec pottery on board.

The refreshed Business Class amenity kits now feature a more contemporary design in navy blue or copper colours while continuing the airline’s collaboration with Polish cosmetics brand Phenomé. The kits have been expanded with facial mist and eye patches, alongside updated face cream, lip balm, eye masks, earplugs, socks and toothbrushes. Many of the changes were based on feedback from members of LOT’s passenger research panel.

From August 2026, Business Class passengers will also enjoy a new three-step skincare ritual developed with premium Polish cosmetics brand HDRÈY. The treatment includes micellar water, a hydrogel face mask and a moisturising serum, while a Woody Forest deodorant by Polish manufacturer Maroko Produkt will also be offered on long-haul services for a limited period.

LOT is also improving its onboard entertainment experience with new ergonomically designed Business Class headphones. As more aircraft undergo cabin upgrades, the headphones will gain active noise-cancelling capability. Premium Economy passengers are receiving over-ear headphones for the first time, while Economy travellers benefit from new in-ear models. Across all cabins, plastic packaging has been replaced with paper wrappers.

The airline is further expanding the use of handcrafted Boles?awiec pottery in Business Class. After debuting on flights to Tokyo, the distinctive Polish tableware is now also being used on services between Warsaw or Wroc?aw and Seoul, complementing menus inspired by Asian cuisine while highlighting Polish craftsmanship. Selected pottery items have also been introduced in Premium Economy.

LOT says the latest improvements reflect its strategy of creating a more refined premium travel experience, combining comfort, functionality and authentic Polish design to better compete with leading international airlines.
