LOT Polish Airlines has announced a new route from Warsaw to Rovaniemi, the heart of Finnish Lapland, beginning this winter. With this launch, LOT becomes the only Central and Eastern European airline offering direct scheduled flights to the region.
The move supports LOT’s strategy to expand into destinations with strong tourism appeal, offering travellers a gateway to Lapland’s iconic winter landscapes, outdoor sports, and Christmas attractions, including Santa Claus Village and opportunities to view the northern lights.
Rovaniemi combines cultural charm, modern design, and natural beauty, making it a unique escape for both leisure and adventure. Tickets are now on sale via lot.com, LOT’s contact centre, and travel offices.
