LOT Polish Airlines has launched three new direct routes from Kraków to key southern European destinations—Rome, Barcelona, and Madrid—with services starting on 30 March 2026.
The new year-round routes significantly improve connectivity from the Ma?opolska region, catering to both leisure and business travellers. Frequencies reach up to five weekly flights to Rome, four to Barcelona, and six to Madrid.
The expansion strengthens Kraków’s role as a growing regional hub, with LOT offering up to 11 destinations from the airport during the Summer 2026 season. The airline is also increasing capacity by deploying an additional Boeing 737 MAX 8.
According to LOT, the move reflects rising demand for direct international connections from Kraków, enhancing travel options while supporting regional economic growth and tourism.
