On 24 June, a Kuwait Airways Boeing 777 (9K-AOJ) hit a boarding bridge at Nice Airport, France. The aircraft was operating a triangular flight Kuwait City – Paris CDG – Nice – Kuwait City when the accident occurred. The airline was forced to cancel the subsequent return flight.
