Passenger dies after emergency landing on Tenerife-Nottingham flight

Jet2 flight LS676 from Tenerife South to Nottingham (Boeint 737-800 registered G-JZHJ) made an emergency landing in Santiago de Compostela after an elderly passenger suffered a critical medical emergency.

The crew acted swiftly, coordinating with air traffic control for a priority landing on runway 07. Despite immediate assistance upon arrival, the passenger passed away after landing.
