From Sunday 18 March, Jet Airways has suspended its operations at Abu Dhabi Airport and this for an indefinite period, citing operational reasons.
Abu Dhabi is one of the two international hubs of Jet Airways, the other one is located at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. The ailing airline has been looking at various ways to raise funds.
The airline also admitted that it has grounded four more planes, taking the number of aircraft that are non-operational due to non-payment of lease rentals to 41.
