Travel from Mallorca to Andorra has reached record levels, with over 68,000 travellers visiting the Principality between October 2024 and October 2025. This surge is largely driven by the convenience of direct flights (IB2328/9) between Palma de Mallorca (PMI) and Andorra–La Seu d’Urgell Airport (SEU), now in its third year of operation.
A standout moment came in January 2025, when nearly 21,000 travellers made the trip—more than triple the figure from the same month a year earlier—highlighting the growing appeal of short winter breaks centred on skiing and mountain leisure.
The route operates year-round with twice-weekly Iberia Regional ATR72-600 flights, adjusting schedules seasonally, while relatively low fares and resident discounts have further stimulated demand.
Beyond winter sports, Andorra continues to broaden its appeal. Attractions such as the Caldea spa and the expansive Grandvalira Resorts—offering over 300 km of slopes—anchor a diversified tourism offer that includes wellness, shopping, gastronomy, and outdoor activities.
This mix of accessibility, affordability, and varied experiences has established Andorra as a year-round getaway for Mallorcans, with visitor numbers continuing to rise across seasons.
