British Airways and Mexican low-cost airline Viva have announced a codeshare agreement covering connections to 13 destinations across Mexico, including Guadalajara, Monterrey and Puerto Vallarta. Flights are available to book now for travel from 28 March 2027.
The partnership links Viva’s domestic services through Mexico City and Cancún with British Airways flights to London. Customers can book connecting itineraries under a BA flight code through ba.com on a single ticket. British Airways Club members will also be able to earn Avios and tier points.
The agreement expands access to Mexico for passengers travelling from the UK and Europe, while customers departing from Mexican cities can connect through London to British Airways’ wider network.
Viva operates 110 Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft, serving more than 60 destinations across Mexico, the United States, Colombia, Costa Rica and Cuba.
