Aer Lingus has announced its biggest transatlantic schedule to date for summer 2026, including a brand-new direct service from Dublin to Raleigh-Durham International Airport, North Carolina. The route, launching in April 2026, will operate up to five times weekly on Airbus A321 XLR aircraft, connecting North Carolina’s 11 million residents to Ireland for the first time.
The expanded schedule also includes third daily flights from Dublin to New York JFK and Boston, increased frequencies to Nashville, Indianapolis, Orlando, and additional Shannon–Boston services.
With these additions, Aer Lingus will operate 26 destinations across North America, supporting tourism, business, and educational ties, including for the 2026 Aer Lingus College Football Classic in Dublin.
CEO Lynne Embleton highlighted the growth as part of Aer Lingus’ Dublin Hub strategy, offering more choice and connectivity for transatlantic travellers.
