Aer Lingus announced today it will begin non?stop flights between Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and Dublin (DUB) starting in March 2018. The Irish carrier will become the sixth foreign flag airline at PHL and the second to arrive in Philadelphia in the past year.
Icelandair began service in May between PHL and Reykjavik.
The Aer Lingus year?round service will operate 4 times weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday between Philadelphia, America’s first World Heritage City, and Dublin, the capital of the Republic of Ireland.

We are proud to expand our non?stop international service and we are excited to enhance travel between Philadelphia and Ireland.”

From Dublin, Aer Lingus passengers will have easy connections to 21 destinations in Europe and Abu Dhabi. The first Aer Lingus flight will arrive from Dublin on March 25, 2018. Aer Lingus will use B?757 aircraft on the route.
El 115 departs DUB 1:50pm and arrives at PHL at 4:15pm.
El 114 departs PHL 5:30pm and arrives in Dublin at 5:10am the next morning. All departure and arrival times are local.
American Airlines currently serves Dublin from PHL with year?round non?stop flights.
The Aer Lingus announcement follows news in August that in 2018 American will begin non?stop service from PHL to Zurich (March 25) and Budapest and Prague (May 4).
With the new flights to Budapest, Prague and Zurich, PHL will offer service to 36 international destinations, including 16 capital cities
