IndiGo flight takes off without ATC clearance, pilots grounded

IndiGo’s flight 6E 1803 from Delhi, India to Baku in Azerbaijan on 29 January took off without air traffic control clearance. The Indian aviation authorities (DGCA) have launched an investigation.

Until further notice, the pilots of the aircraft – an Airbus A320neo (VT-IZN) – remain grounded. IndiGo
