Icelandair has inaugurated direct flights between Reykjavík and Istanbul, operating 2–3 times per week with a flight time of about 5 hours 30 minutes.
The route expands Icelandair’s partnership with Turkish Airlines, enabling smoother connections to Asia and the Middle East through an enhanced codeshare agreement.
The new service strengthens Icelandair’s network, supports tourism and trade in Iceland, and offers passengers improved travel options via Istanbul, a major global hub bridging Europe and Asia.
