Hunnu Air has begun scheduled services with its new Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, marking the first E2-operated route into mainland China. The inaugural flight from Ulaanbaatar to Beijing Daxing Airport signifies a major step in strengthening Mongolia-China air connectivity.
Delivered in April, Hunnu’s E195-E2 fleet will expand services across Asia, including to Japan, Vietnam, India, and South Korea. Configured in a dual-class, 136-seat layout, the aircraft offers enhanced comfort with no middle seats. Hunnu Air sees the E2 as central to its regional growth, while Embraer celebrates the milestone as part of its ongoing commitment to Mongolia’s aviation sector.
