On 22 June, a Freebird Airlines Airbus A320 (TC-FHG) operated flight FH6577 from Antalya, Turkey to Brussels Airport, Belgium. The aircraft safely landed on runway 07L and was parked at terminal B, dedicated to flights outside of the Schengen zone.

Something clearly went wrong: you can see a part of the boarding bridge sticking through the fuselage of the aircraft. There is also visible damage to the aircraft’s interior.

A technical issue with the boarding bridge caused the damage. The aircraft is still in Brussels at moment of writing.
