London Luton Airport (LTN) will welcome a new airline partner in summer 2026, with FLYONE Airlines Romania launching a daily service to Bucharest from 15 May. The new route further strengthens Luton’s connectivity to Eastern Europe and follows a series of recent network expansions at the airport.
The Bucharest service will operate daily and feature multiple fare options—Light, Standard, Loyal and Advantage—allowing passengers to tailor their journey according to budget and travel preferences. Tickets are already on sale via FLYONE’s website and mobile app.
Simon Harley, Interim Director of Aeronautical Revenue at London Luton Airport, said the new route underlines LTN’s commitment to expanding choice and flexibility for passengers, describing Bucharest as a compelling destination and welcoming FLYONE Airlines to the airport.
Vladimir Cebotari, CEO of FLYONE Airlines, said the launch represents an important step in the carrier’s Romanian growth strategy, aimed at offering more travel options to key European destinations while maintaining high standards of safety, comfort and accessibility.
