Finnair will suspend flights between Helsinki and Dubai throughout the 2026/27 winter season because of continued instability in the Middle East.
All services between the two cities have been cancelled from 25 October 2026 until 27 March 2027. The airline said the regional security situation showed no clear signs of improvement and that it would continue monitoring developments.
Affected passengers will be offered alternative flights where available, although Finnair warned that rebooking options are limited. Customers may also change their travel dates once, free of charge, within 14 days before or after the original departure date, or request a refund for cancelled flights.
Passengers who booked through a travel agency or another third party must contact the original ticket issuer. Finnair will also refund prepaid ancillary services that cannot be provided on replacement flights.
