Finnair cancels 143 flights on 17 June due to strike at Helsinki Airport

Share

Finnair will cancel approximately 143 flights on Tuesday, 17 June, due to a four-hour industrial action by the Finnish Aviation Union (IAU) at Helsinki Airport.

The strike affects key ground operations throughout the day, impacting around 6,500 passengers. Finnair will rebook affected customers or offer refunds.

Customers are advised to check in early, pack essentials in carry-on bags, and expect longer customer service wait times. A similar strike is planned for 19 June, and Finnair will confirm related cancellations on 17 June.
